This company is a scam!! This company is a scam!!! I ordered and paid for log sent at the end of November, 2023. Lionel keeps telling me he has log set but credit company has to issues a refund and I need to re order. Refund should be in my account within 30 days. Still has not arrived in account. I'm notifying my credit card company and authorities regarding consumer fraud!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Exactly what I was looking for! I rarely write reviews, but this one deserved my time and energy. I love my new fireplace tools! This set is solid and beautiful in person! Awful customer service Awful customer service. I specifically asked the fellow if this set of logs included everything needed to just attach the propanegas line. Yes maam. It didn’t! And he refused to accept a return until many weeks of back and forth then he was taking a huge restocking fee and I had to pay to return! These are very heavy!
