GBExperience was Excellent Experience was Excellent. I ordered the ember media kit for my Amantii electric fireplace from Belle Flame. The ordering process was fast and easy. Although there was an issue with the tracking number, Belle Flame's support team responded promptly and provided an updated tracking number. The delivery was not delayed, and I would certainly recommend Belle Flame!

GBHorrible customer service Ordered a copper colored gas stove with accessories. Charged immediately, and accessories came immediately, but the stove, as it turns out, it was a 'special order' because of color. Tried calling, most time getting voicemail and NEVER a call back. When I did speak to a human, I got the same response--" 2-3 weeks, but we have a black one that we can ship right away." Still haven't heard anything after numerous attempts. Trying to cancel, but had no luck with that either. Terrible company. Do not deal with them!! Frustrated.

GBFireplace screen arrived earlier than… Fireplace screen arrived earlier than expected. The carton was a little ragged, but the screen was in good shape except for a chipped magnetic bottom block where the doors meet upon closure.

Several emails to the company, no response. Re directed phone calls. Folks, don’t buy from this company. My bank is now going after my money. They were responsive to take that!!

GBThis company is a scam!! This company is a scam!!! I ordered and paid for log sent at the end of November, 2023. Lionel keeps telling me he has log set but credit company has to issues a refund and I need to re order. Refund should be in my account within 30 days. Still has not arrived in account. I'm notifying my credit card company and authorities regarding consumer fraud!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
