GBGas Logs My journey began with a chat where I made a purchase. The representative was responsive and provided clear guidance throughout. The shipment of fire pit logs arrived promptly. However, during transit, one of the ceramic logs was damaged. I promptly contacted Belle Flame Direct via email regarding the issue, and once again, their response was very prompt. I was informed that the manufacturer was currently out of stock of the specific log. They assured me that the replacement piece would be shipped from the manufacturer within approximately 5-6 weeks. As of writing this review, I'm only 10 days into the estimated 5-6 week waiting period. I remain hopeful that the replacement log will arrive by June.

GBHorrible customer service Ordered a copper colored gas stove with accessories. Charged immediately, and accessories came immediately, but the stove, as it turns out, it was a 'special order' because of color. Tried calling, most time getting voicemail and NEVER a call back. When I did speak to a human, I got the same response--" 2-3 weeks, but we have a black one that we can ship right away." Still haven't heard anything after numerous attempts. Trying to cancel, but had no luck with that either. Terrible company. Do not deal with them!! Frustrated.

GBBelle Flame website is user friendly to… Belle Flame website is user friendly to order a product. The process went smoothly and the arrival of the stove as promised within 5 weeks which did happen. There was no damage when inspected and the delivery carrier service was very accommodating

GBExactly what I was looking for! I rarely write reviews, but this one deserved my time and energy. I love my new fireplace tools! This set is solid and beautiful in person! Excellent quality and the perfect size too. No assembly required. Definitely worth the money! Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

GBMuch better - We are happy campers. Latest: We received the product in a timely manner. We are VERY happy with it so far. It has been installed and works well. As other people have noted, the fan on the heating component is a bit loud, but that is a Dimplex issue, not a Belle Flame issue. We are happy with Belle Flame's service. Update: Belle Flame has issued a refund, and have invited us to re-order to facilitate immediate shipping. Will update this review when we receive the product. We bought an electric fireplace from this company weeks ago. TODAY, they called and claimed they didn't get our money from PayPal. Why did they wait until today to make this claim? So, we contacted PayPal and PayPal confirms this vendor DID get their funds. Very sketchy. We've never had any trouble with PayPal and reputable vendors. This stinks to high heaven. I will post again if this is eventually resolved fairly. We either want our money back or we want our fireplace delivered as promised on time.
