I was in search of an affordable custom… I was in search of an affordable custom fire pit that was able to store the propane tank inside for our swim club. We are very happy with the Outdoor Fire Pit and added the burner cover and wind guard. Thank-you for the discount due to the sale and the additional lava rock and for your service and quality! We definitely will recommend your products to others.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. I specifically asked the fellow if this set of logs included everything needed to just attach the propanegas line. Yes maam. It didn’t! And he refused to accept a return until many weeks of back and forth then he was taking a huge restocking fee and I had to pay to return! These are very heavy!

There aren’t enough good things to say… There aren’t enough good things to say about Belle Flame! I recently reached out to them with inquiries about a couple different products. The customer service I received was spot on. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough with answering any questions I had. If you’re looking for quality, this is your place!

Gas Logs My journey began with a chat where I made a purchase. The representative was responsive and provided clear guidance throughout. The shipment of fire pit logs arrived promptly. However, during transit, one of the ceramic logs was damaged. I promptly contacted Belle Flame Direct via email regarding the issue, and once again, their response was very prompt. I was informed that the manufacturer was currently out of stock of the specific log. They assured me that the replacement piece would be shipped from the manufacturer within approximately 5-6 weeks. As of writing this review, I'm only 10 days into the estimated 5-6 week waiting period. I remain hopeful that the replacement log will arrive by June.
