GBGas Logs My journey began with a chat where I made a purchase. The representative was responsive and provided clear guidance throughout. The shipment of fire pit logs arrived promptly. However, during transit, one of the ceramic logs was damaged. I promptly contacted Belle Flame Direct via email regarding the issue, and once again, their response was very prompt. I was informed that the manufacturer was currently out of stock of the specific log. They assured me that the replacement piece would be shipped from the manufacturer within approximately 5-6 weeks. As of writing this review, I'm only 10 days into the estimated 5-6 week waiting period. I remain hopeful that the replacement log will arrive by June.

GBThis company is a scam!! This company is a scam!!! I ordered and paid for log sent at the end of November, 2023. Lionel keeps telling me he has log set but credit company has to issues a refund and I need to re order. Refund should be in my account within 30 days. Still has not arrived in account. I'm notifying my credit card company and authorities regarding consumer fraud!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

GBFireplace screen arrived earlier than… Fireplace screen arrived earlier than expected. The carton was a little ragged, but the screen was in good shape except for a chipped magnetic bottom block where the doors meet upon closure.

GBWhy can I not give Belle Flame TEN… Why can I not give Belle Flame TEN stars !!! I was in a tizzy when the installer for my new gas heating stove told me I needed a metal sheet over my rug prior to installation. I placed the order online (for an Ember Defender) late Sunday night - and the Ember Defender was delivered to my home before the end of the week. The manner of delivery showed the great care Belle Flame took to ensure my item was delivered in pristine condition. I immediately called my installer and told him to recommend Belle Flame to any other customer needing accessories/installation parts. I was skeptical ordering from a company I was unfamiliar with ... But how fortunate I came across Belle Flame. Thank You !!! Highly recommend.

I had a number of questions before I bought the Dimplex Evolve and customer support was patient and thoroughly answered my questions. The next couple of times I called was in regards to the delivery of my item. Both times I chose to get a call back and they responded a lot faster than the estimated time given! Thanks
