GBGreat knee pillow if you stay sleeping on your side The knee pillow is too large for me because upon turning over on my back during the night it either gets under one leg which causes lower back pain by having only one leg elevated. I cannot use the strap because when turning over it wakes me up. The cover is very coarse and abrasive so it needs a soft pillow case. It feels great and releaves hip and knee pain untill I roll over.

My physician recommended the Angle Back Support to me for lower back pain with spasms. It worked very well. I decided to change pillows and decided on the Bcool Neck Pillow.
