Your products are great BUT Your products are great but your site is hard to navigate through. However, I tried to just buy a lighter cover for summer for my Knee-T . It was extremely difficult to find where to just get that and not cushion thing, so I ended up with another cushion as well as the lighter cover. I can't afford to try again, as I am in Australia and your postage cost is just too great.

Great knee pillow if you stay sleeping on your side The knee pillow is too large for me because upon turning over on my back during the night it either gets under one leg which causes lower back pain by having only one leg elevated. I cannot use the strap because when turning over it wakes me up. The cover is very coarse and abrasive so it needs a soft pillow case. It feels great and releaves hip and knee pain untill I roll over.

Low back pain relief I read a few reviews about the quality of the covering on the slant pillow I purchased... hmm, while I am sure the cover could be more durable, the reason I bought this pillow was to relieve pain in my lower back and the pillow works exceptionally well for that purpose. I have been using slant pillows from other companies for years because they help relieve lower back pain. The slant pillow from Backsupportsystems works noticeably better than the others that I have used. I think the reason is the angles: a relatively sharp incline between my glutes and knees and then a more gradual decline between my knees and the midpoint of my calves is the reason for this. My other pillows have different angles, which seem to work less well than my new pillow. Also, the customer service that I received from Backsupportsystems when I made a mistake in entering my ship-to address was great!

Way too expensive for final product Cost of customs and shipping came out to another $90 and was not factored into initial cost which was already very high. Had to pay or I couldn’t get my product. Very disappointing.
