CAWay too expensive for final product Cost of customs and shipping came out to another $90 and was not factored into initial cost which was already very high. Had to pay or I couldn’t get my product. Very disappointing.

GBconfusing and lack info The descriptions and names of items are confusing. There is little to no information about the items either. I bought what I thought were the right cases for my pillow, but they were either the wrong ones or they shrunk. They are useless now eitherway.

GBMuch improved Back Pain with this Pillow The pillow itself is amazing for alleviating my back pain. This order was for a more readily washable pillowcase. I would suggest you have an optional inclusion of the pillowcase, maybe even in more colors and thread counts to go over the default pillow offered.

GBShredded Gel Pillow So far, so good. I have been searching for a good pillow. I had a shredded foam 30 years ago that I loved, but, alas, it finally bit the dust. This one is more dense and heavier. Comfortable and not "rigid" or contoured like other memory foam pillows.
