Still awaiting a response I am still waiting to hear back from Jason V ((909) 294-3932 ext101), spoke with him on 12/26/2023 about my concerns with the pillow at which time stated he would research and get back to me.

Very helpful for acid reflux and…degenerative disc disease Very helpful for acid reflux and Degenerative disc disease. The pillow is very comfortable, the cover is so soft and washes well.

Way too expensive for final product Cost of customs and shipping came out to another $90 and was not factored into initial cost which was already very high. Had to pay or I couldn’t get my product. Very disappointing.

Sent a request to customer service and… Sent a request to customer service and never received response. I was told free shipping on order over $75 and would not give me the discount in checkout. I wrote to CS and never heard back or compensated
