Scammers! I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Bedstory is one few beds… Bedstory is one of the few beds I can sleep in with my bad back, that is also available to order online in a box. Super convenient and worth the price. Fast shipping and delivery. There was an exception during shipping but it was shown in tracking exactly what was going on.

Bad mattress & Bad service Bought a mattress that was okay for 2years and then started to sag. Contacted the company, they ask for pictures. Send them and then never heard back from them in over a month. Cheap stuff DONT BUY you can have better mattress and better WAY BETTER SERVICE for not much more money

Buyer Beware Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware

I am feeling comfortable with this foam… I am feeling comfortable with this foam topper , my hips were pain when I got up every morning for 2 years, l did buy one extra firm mattress, but felt it too hard and middle part getting down after 3 months. Then I started to looked for foam toppers a lot on websites,then i choose this one 3 months ago, when I buy I was thinking if this one it’s good, I Will write a review for it, So today I just can tell : I love it! Feel it very comfortable,sleeping good. hips pain almost gone. high recommend it , give 5 stars. Thank you.
