This is a nice mattress, but not for me I am a side sleeper and I have always slept on traditional spring mattresses. After scouring the internet and finding this mattress on sale, I decided to give it a try. This is a nice mattress- it came in perfect condition, expanded well in a few days, and is just as described. But I have to say, it's not for "all sleepers" like mentioned in the description. After sleeping on it for a few nights, I woke up with hip pain and neck pain. Not soft enough to support me in the right way when I sleep on my sides. Would recommend for back or stomach sleepers, it is comfortable in those positions.

I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good! Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me. I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Hope this helps somebody

Fraud alert! No one respond to any of my messages after purchase. Despite receiving queen instead of king did not give any instructions on return. Try to call them before purchasing, no one is going to respond.

Scammers! I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
