Buyer Beware Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware

Bad mattress & Bad service Bought a mattress that was okay for 2years and then started to sag. Contacted the company, they ask for pictures. Send them and then never heard back from them in over a month. Cheap stuff DONT BUY you can have better mattress and better WAY BETTER SERVICE for not much more money

Scammers! I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Service and shipping good, product not so much Service and shipping was all good, however the product doesn't offer any support. Would start out in the evening feeling comfortable, but after a couple of hours from my shoulders to hips the topper compressed to a half inch thickness, and felt like I was laying on the floor. Didn't have the body cradling feeling I was hoping for. Am 6' and 200lbs, and this happened after about 3 weeks. Product also made in china. Would not recommend.

DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND I HAVE… DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO RESOLVE. BED STORY WANTED ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO CORRECT ADDRESS AT A COST TO ME OF $180.00 AND THEY WOULD REFUND. THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WORKS
