CABuyer Beware Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware

GBI am feeling comfortable with this foam… I am feeling comfortable with this foam topper , my hips were pain when I got up every morning for 2 years, l did buy one extra firm mattress, but felt it too hard and middle part getting down after 3 months. Then I started to looked for foam toppers a lot on websites,then i choose this one 3 months ago, when I buy I was thinking if this one it’s good, I Will write a review for it, So today I just can tell : I love it! Feel it very comfortable,sleeping good. hips pain almost gone. high recommend it , give 5 stars. Thank you.

GBcustomer service reached out and made… customer service reached out and made the situation right. Great service thank you. When I first unwrapped this and let it expand I was so excited! I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good! Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me. I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Hope this helps somebody

GBThe order confirmation showed the wrong… The order confirmation showed the wrong product was ordered. I sent three different emails pointing this out and received no response about how this could be fixed. The charge went through the day after the order but a month later we still have not received the mattress pad or any response to our emails.
