Bad mattress & Bad service Bought a mattress that was okay for 2years and then started to sag. Contacted the company, they ask for pictures. Send them and then never heard back from them in over a month. Cheap stuff DONT BUY you can have better mattress and better WAY BETTER SERVICE for not much more money

This is a nice mattress, but not for me I am a side sleeper and I have always slept on traditional spring mattresses. After scouring the internet and finding this mattress on sale, I decided to give it a try. This is a nice mattress- it came in perfect condition, expanded well in a few days, and is just as described. But I have to say, it's not for "all sleepers" like mentioned in the description. After sleeping on it for a few nights, I woke up with hip pain and neck pain. Not soft enough to support me in the right way when I sleep on my sides. Would recommend for back or stomach sleepers, it is comfortable in those positions.

I ordered this mattress to replace a traditional mattress that we have. We like this BedStory mattress so much better! SETTING UP Setting up this mattress is very easy. Once we unwrapped/unrolled the mattress we let it sit for a day before using it. By the next day, it was uncompressed and ready to use. QUALITY The craftsmanship of this mattress is high quality. All the stitching and visible surfaces look very good. The material feels soft and comfortable. We have other BedStory products and appreciate the quality this company produce

customer service reached out and made… customer service reached out and made the situation right. Great service thank you. When I first unwrapped this and let it expand I was so excited! I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good! Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me. I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Buyer Beware Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware
