The topper is great The topper is great! I knew it was because I was a guest at a friend's home and the guest room had the bedstory mattress it was so comfortable. I had already bought a new mattress so 8 got the topper.

Scammers! I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Fraud alert! No one respond to any of my messages after purchase. Despite receiving queen instead of king did not give any instructions on return. Try to call them before purchasing, no one is going to respond.
