Scammers! I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Very comfortable, great quality This hybrid mattress is really impressive. It's made well, is very comfortable, and it looks nice, too. I ordered this mattress to replace a traditional mattress that we have. We like this BedStory mattress so much better! SETTING UP Setting up this mattress is very easy. Once we unwrapped/unrolled the mattress we let it sit for a day before using it. By the next day, it was uncompressed and ready to use. QUALITY The craftsmanship of this mattress is high quality. All the stitching and visible surfaces look very good. The material feels soft and comfortable. We have other BedStory products and appreciate the quality this company produce

This is a nice mattress, but not for me I am a side sleeper and I have always slept on traditional spring mattresses. After scouring the internet and finding this mattress on sale, I decided to give it a try. This is a nice mattress- it came in perfect condition, expanded well in a few days, and is just as described. But I have to say, it's not for "all sleepers" like mentioned in the description. After sleeping on it for a few nights, I woke up with hip pain and neck pain. Not soft enough to support me in the right way when I sleep on my sides. Would recommend for back or stomach sleepers, it is comfortable in those positions.

DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND I HAVE… DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO RESOLVE. BED STORY WANTED ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO CORRECT ADDRESS AT A COST TO ME OF $180.00 AND THEY WOULD REFUND. THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WORKS
