Paint finishes were just okay as some had what looked like paint splatter, but you really can't see it from te ground, so it's fine. The stainless steel sheet metal chimney cap was pretty to look at, but the mount tabs break easily as stainless isn't a very ductile metal. I was still able to mount it in the end and everything worked out great.

I think I’ve been scammed!!! I placed my order 3/20/24 and at the time the shipping said a week. I began receiving emails that they were preparing my order. About three weeks ago I began inquiring on where my order was. I’ve been told it was shipped three times only to have them pretend we haven’t spoken and tell me it’s shipped the next time I inquire. I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed out of $1,400. Even if I ever do receive the order they falsely advertise shipping times and provide the worst customer service ever. I won’t ever order from this company again and I will report the fraud to my card company today if I don’t receive the product.
