Disappointed I bought a buck townsend ventless gas stove .I'm very disappointed the color of the black is so dull it does not look like in the add it came with a broken log the people would not send me a new one without a picture I told them I threw it out . The logs are so cheap they are made of Styrofoam and very cheap the whole stove is not worth the money I am very disappointed I'm ashamed to to have it in my house I wish I could return it and get my money back it is not worth what I paid I will probably have to sell it and buy something local , very very disappointed. Cozy Coner Ny new fireplace unit has transformed my cold living room into a warm inviting relaxing place even on warm days. Just the fact that I can sit cuddle and let the motions of the diferente fire setting take me to a awwww moment is worth every cent. Lacing the order and time of delivery was quick. Custom service was professional and always available to answer question before and after purchase.

They sold the item they didn’t have in… They sold the item they didn’t have in stock, made up the story that one of the remaining items was allocated for another customer and other last one was damaged. While i know this item was discontinued half a year ago, and i couldn’t believe my eyes when i saw it in stock. Then they started to push other models instead, i asked for refund multiple times, but they were insisting. Moreover they send multiple advertisement texts and emails about other products thay i was not interested in. Very bad experience. Zero stars.

I think I’ve been scammed!!! I placed my order 3/20/24 and at the time the shipping said a week. I began receiving emails that they were preparing my order. About three weeks ago I began inquiring on where my order was. I’ve been told it was shipped three times only to have them pretend we haven’t spoken and tell me it’s shipped the next time I inquire. I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed out of $1,400. Even if I ever do receive the order they falsely advertise shipping times and provide the worst customer service ever. I won’t ever order from this company again and I will report the fraud to my card company today if I don’t receive the product.

They got the job done I purchased a new woodstove. Reps answered my questions, told me what they were going to do before I placed the order, and they performed. This is what I expect from a vendor. Based on competitive pricing and performance, I would use this company again without hesitation.
