USThey sold the item they didn’t have in… They sold the item they didn’t have in stock, made up the story that one of the remaining items was allocated for another customer and other last one was damaged. While i know this item was discontinued half a year ago, and i couldn’t believe my eyes when i saw it in stock. Then they started to push other models instead, i asked for refund multiple times, but they were insisting. Moreover they send multiple advertisement texts and emails about other products thay i was not interested in. Very bad experience. Zero stars.

USparts missing, us fireplace store dragging there feet false promises now ignoring me. parts missing, its been over 2 months one excuse after another. I filed a credit card dispute but may have been too late. If you buy from them immediately check your boxes for missing parts and damage. file a credit card dispute immediately otherwise they will stall past your 30 days. You can always remove the dispute if they resolve the issue with you.

USStove vent kit success! Easy check-out, quick delivery, and product as described. Fortunately, the delivery service didn’t bend the product because there was no padding or protection inside the large cardboard box. That was a little risky given past experiences with some delivery services.

USVery responsive shipped fireplace and… Very responsive shipped fireplace and received in days as I needed for new build. There was a slight buckle in top trim and I asked for replacement trim. However, they shipped and entire fireplace which I could not accept as I had already had to mount fireplace so as not to hold up subcontractors. But, they certainly tried to make it right and if I had different timing would have been good.

USPrice and Product Great. Shipments unclear. They worked with me on the price, provided all of the items I ordered and they arrived in perfect shape. The only thing I disliked, which is why i reduced the rating from 5 to 4 was the lack of clarity in when the items would ship and arrive. My order had multiple shipments from multiple locations, and in each shipment notification it noted ALL parts of the entire order being shipped, rather than the partial shipment. This led to questions about what was shipped, if items were missing, when the full shipment would actually arrive, etc, which led to me having to reach out by phone and try to get the answers.
