Ordering online was easy Ordering online was easy, clear and simple. The company also kept sending me follow up emails as the fireplace was going through the shipment motions. Also when received it, there was no scratches or dents. I would highly recommend US fire place to all my friends and family!

They sold the item they didn’t have in… They sold the item they didn’t have in stock, made up the story that one of the remaining items was allocated for another customer and other last one was damaged. While i know this item was discontinued half a year ago, and i couldn’t believe my eyes when i saw it in stock. Then they started to push other models instead, i asked for refund multiple times, but they were insisting. Moreover they send multiple advertisement texts and emails about other products thay i was not interested in. Very bad experience. Zero stars.

Scam- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM In December 2023 I ordered a direct vent fireplace, surround trim kit, and termination kit for the installation of the fireplace. I was notified that they did not have the liquid propane version in stock but they said that if I agreed to purchase the natural gas version, they would send a free conversion kit. I agreed. They charged my credit card for all items. It is now April 22, 2024 and I have not received the conversion kit. The fireplace is useless to me without the conversion kit. They said the other items were out of stock. They offered to outsource those 2 item from another vendor for an additional $240.00 shipping fee. To make a long story shorter, they never sent the black surround or the termination kit and did not refund the $541.00 owed to me. Countless phone calls to a call center yielded no results. The company stopped responding to my calls in mid January. My credit card company helped obtain the refund for the items not received. I was basically scammed. I should have done my research on this so called company before I ordered. Learn from my mistake!!! Do not order from them.

Very much disappointed Very much disappointed. After they had an issue with their system, they decide they want me to pay again, but I told him I already paid with PayPal and I showed him proof of that. They said they will take care of the case. Obviously they haven’t done anything, and after I went to PayPal to tell them that I never received the product, the company was lying saying they shipped the product and I received that it’s just a bunch of scumbags stay away

Stove vent kit success! Easy check-out, quick delivery, and product as described. Fortunately, the delivery service didn’t bend the product because there was no padding or protection inside the large cardboard box. That was a little risky given past experiences with some delivery services.
