When I first saw the product online When I first saw the product online, I thought it was beautiful. I ordered a bedspread and two sets of lounge order. The bedspread did not match and what I received was nothing like the photo they had posted. The loungewear the bottoms were extremely small, and the top was very large in comparison to their sizing chart. When I went to request a refund, I have been given the runaround stating I have to pay shipping back to China from the US. Based off their website, I assume this product was coming out of the US and I could ship back my return within the United States as well. I will never make another purchase and I highly recommend if you were considering it to look elsewhere. The response I got was completely bogus. Be leery of purchasing anything from this company you will lose money. Their advertising is very deceptive and the responses from trust pilot are unacceptable. Keep giving them bad reviews so they go out of business there’s too many good people out there. We don’t need this type of deception.

Thank You Reviewers I am so thankful for the reviews here. I have been looking at their website for a while now, but was hesitant to spend that much without seeing the items. I've been burned once before, hence my indecision. I started to become skeptical when I couldn't find a FAQ, fabric information or country of origin. Thank you reviewers for your straightforward reviews. Oh, by the way, the only reason I gave any stars was because that was the only way I could write this. It sounds like a big buyers beware to me.

This spread was better than I had… This spread was better than I had anticipated. It is lovely, cozy, and soft and my kitties adore it as well.

I ordered pajamas and used their sizing… I ordered pajamas and used their sizing chart and they are too small. I asked to exchange them and they said I need to send them back to china at my own expense even though the return address on the package is in the US. They offered me a 15% discount on a new order. Are you joking? Misrepresenting where you are located should be unlawful. Live and learn.
