GBReturns are difficult Bought clothes online then wanted to return them because they didn’t fit quite right, and was told I would have to pay for return shipping from US to China. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have purchased them in the first place.

GBWe just received our beautiful… We just received our beautiful beadspead/ comforter and pillowcases. So beautiful and it really makes our bedroom dazzle. We are impressed with the quality of the material and the construction. It will be a perfect summer blanket, too.

GBVery Poor Customer Service The quilt I ordered is beautiful but much too small for a queen-size bed. When I emailed them that I would like to exchange it for a king-size, they implied it was not their fault and I should have checked the dimensions. It says "queen". And shipping back to China would be expensive, and would I just order a king at 15% off. Very poor customer service. Shady at best.

GBConsumer support non-existant; deceptive return policy I should have checked the reviews here first. Ordered pajamas that were far too small even at XL, and wrote as instructions indicated to initiate a return/refund. The customer support is simple non-existant. Lesson learned, money lost. UPDATE: The seller finally responded here, as you see. However, I never got the promised phone call. Finally I opened a dispute through PayPal. At that point I got another email, and I learned that to return the items for a refund I would have to send them to China. The package came to me from California. Cost to return this $111 purchase would be $57. Ownkoti's policies are deceptive.
