GBConsumer support non-existant; deceptive return policy I should have checked the reviews here first. Ordered pajamas that were far too small even at XL, and wrote as instructions indicated to initiate a return/refund. The customer support is simple non-existant. Lesson learned, money lost. UPDATE: The seller finally responded here, as you see. However, I never got the promised phone call. Finally I opened a dispute through PayPal. At that point I got another email, and I learned that to return the items for a refund I would have to send them to China. The package came to me from California. Cost to return this $111 purchase would be $57. Ownkoti's policies are deceptive.

GBdishonest and lying company!… be careful In November I bought several things for more than $300 US, I warned them that the things had to arrive before December 20 because I was going out of the country… I NEVER received the shipment!!! and they insist that it arrived on December 20, which was the day I was traveling, but it never arrived since I was at home that entire day since my flight left at night. I'm still complaining to them to reimburse me and they don't want to do it!!! Every time I write to them they tell me to go and complain to the post office and when I go to the post office they tell me that the shipment never arrived. This company is the worst and poorly honest! They never refunded me!

GBLandfill crap There is NOTHING about this experience that is positive. Nothing. This is a company that sells you cheap crap that will end up in a landfill. (Apparently they are only a broker, you can buy this crap at a cheaper price elsewhere.) Don't. The fabric is NOT organic. The quality is hideous. It's badly made. If you want to return it, it's going to China -- so there's that expense. I suspect when I return this, and I will, they will offer another reason not to refund the cash. Read below...they give you a limited time to return but withhold the address when you write to them, over and over, because they want you to miss the deadline. This is not unusual for a business of this sort -- a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

GBThank You Reviewers I am so thankful for the reviews here. I have been looking at their website for a while now, but was hesitant to spend that much without seeing the items. I've been burned once before, hence my indecision. I started to become skeptical when I couldn't find a FAQ, fabric information or country of origin. Thank you reviewers for your straightforward reviews. Oh, by the way, the only reason I gave any stars was because that was the only way I could write this. It sounds like a big buyers beware to me.
