GBThe $600 order did not arrive The $600 order did not arrive, it was returned to sender because notice was not received. Lumison has been giving me the runaround for almost 2 months with no solutions offered. Say they will not RE ship. Customer service is very slow to respond (usually a week) and blames everyone but the company. I think at this point I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

GBI love the Lumisom lights I love the Lumisom lights. I bought two for mood lighting in my bedroom. The lowest setting is like a lit candle. Very beautiful and relaxing. They can brighten two more levels for a task light. I love the structural design,they look beautiful in silver and I almost bought gold ones. I would definitely recommend them. BTW, they keep a long charge.

GBLuv the lamps and would give a 5 star… Luv the lamps and would give a 5 star rating , however when your used to Amazon Prime overnite....the lag time from order to delivery is quite slow.

CASize of the lights and discounts Be a little more forthcoming at how small these lights are. Put the dimensions up front and larger in inches. They are not the size they look in the photos. Much smaller. You also provide all kinds of discounts AFTER I purchased a set. I’m not going to buy another set right away. I perhaps would have bought a different set had I known you were going to give me 70% off.

GBFalse advertising False advertising, specifically on Instagram. “Crafted from Highly Exquisite Crystal” is actually cheap plastic resin. Products of which I paid over $200 for (after advertised discounts) arrived in damaged, thin cardboard boxes. In my opinion, photographs of the lamps appear to show a “warm” white light. The products only have a setting for straight yellow or cool white light (along with other colors.) Company also advertised a “satisfaction guarantee with a money back option” which is false as customer service has been straight up rude and defensive, dismissing my concerns. I’ve been advised that they will only refund if I can show proof of physical damage or defect to product.
