Do Not Buy--Deceptive What an awful experience! I purchased 4 lamps. Within hours of ordering I learned that I was going to receive these as a Christmas gift. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order. They did not understand my request. After several email exchanges, they agreed to refund my money minus a 15% stocking fee--for a same day cancel. They then reached out and said they cannot cancel. It is too late. The same day is too late! Buyer beware! Do not purchase these as the seller is deceptive and their business practices are fraudulent.

Buyer beware!! Buyer beware!! Bought 3 lamps, one was not working out of the box. Tried numerous times and different avenues to get a Return Authorization Number for the one damaged lamp with no success. I didn't even want my money back, I wanted a replacement. Wrote to them a week later in Facebook and was told to contact the email I had already been trying to reach. Wrote to them again in Facebook and they never answered back. Horrible customer service for a lamp that is not cheap by any means.

Good job you, Lumisom! We were very pleasantly surprised when our packages arrived from Lumisom! The 4 little lanterns we ordered were above our expectations! These days, it's hard to find quality products, but Lumisom didn't disappoint. They'll be a perfect addition to our wrap around deck next summer! They have a very nice sturdy weight, and throw a wonderful light for outside. We also ordered a couple lamps for our diningroom table, so we would have more of an ambient light in the dining area. Perfectly beautiful 💗 We'll definitely be looking forward to the addition of larger lamps for future purchases. And the price was much more affordable than other sites with simular products. I ordered a Lumizon proyector in Feb… I ordered a Lumizon proyector in Feb 2024 and I'm still awaiting the item. No confirmation of postage. I'm still awaiting item. Have contacted via email & webchat but no response. Calls divert to answer phone. I didn't realise they were based in India as website boasts UK delivery and good reviews. I'm extremely disappointed. Same item was being sold on Tik Tok shop but I opted for Lumizon direct. Do not recommend. *BEWARE**

I ordered two of the black lights from… I ordered two of the black lights from from this company for myself and love them. I then ordered two for my daughter-in-law, they showed them being delivered but it had to of been the wrong place. I have tried to get in touch with the company via email at least 25 times with no response. This is an incredibly terrible experience do not buy directly from the company lumisom.
