Cheap products / unethical company This is a terrible company who makes cheap products. Purchased lanterns that came with a very strong foul odor, are much smaller than described, and the materials are not quality. Additionally, the light adjustment/dimmer is poor - doesn’t work as described. I attempted to return the lamps, as per the website states 100% money back guarantee, but they would not accept the return without phots/video of “defects”. Do not buy from this company - they are an unethical Chinese company. They also took several weeks to ship the items, and were not very responsive to email inquiries.

I would have given zero stars but… I would have given zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered two lamps back in November and i still have not received them. Website clearly says they ship via Australia Post tracked and insured but they don't. They use some bogus company who has a terrible track record and consequently i have never received my lamps and despite weekly emails to customer service I still don't have them now will they refund my money. Pathetic customer Assistance from Lumisom. Do not trust this company!!!

Size of the lights and discounts Be a little more forthcoming at how small these lights are. Put the dimensions up front and larger in inches. They are not the size they look in the photos. Much smaller. You also provide all kinds of discounts AFTER I purchased a set. I’m not going to buy another set right away. I perhaps would have bought a different set had I known you were going to give me 70% off.

BUYER BEWARE Unfortunately, another BUYER BEWARE review. Ordered several pieces in back July 2023, but was told the order could not be delivered due to an invalid delivery address (oddly enough, the shipping/receiving dept at my office), so it was returned to Lumisom. They said they could not refund the full purchase amount, only 50% since the order must be "destroyed" after having been pulled. I'm now several months in. Not sure if the whole thing is a scam, but it seems close.

The $600 order did not arrive The $600 order did not arrive, it was returned to sender because notice was not received. Lumison has been giving me the runaround for almost 2 months with no solutions offered. Say they will not RE ship. Customer service is very slow to respond (usually a week) and blames everyone but the company. I think at this point I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
