GBNapoleon Grill Cover I just purchased a cover for my new Napoleon Grill. It hasn't arrived yet but the customer service from Air n Water was exceptional. They did not have the product on their website but when I called to inquire they actually called the manufacturer and ordered one for me through their site and at a great price. Well above and beyond what most companies would do. Great customer service!

GBExcellent Customer Service! I was very impressed with the service given by AirN-water. I returned the product when it didn't work out as planned. I was immediately given a return number and postage paid label. As soon as the product was returned, I received a full refund. This is the way a business should be run. Kudos! GBSous vide quit, great company response My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.
