I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. Sous vide quit, great company response My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.

Great ice maker We have only had it for 24 hours, but is already exceeding my expectations. It makes ice quickly and takes the place of a Maytag referator ice maker which broke in just one year. The frig repair person told us that it couldn't be repaired and if we replaced it, the replacement unit would soon fail due to a design flaw. Instead of spending a huge amount of $ to replace it, we opted to buy the Air N- water ice maker. Beware of Maytag refrigerators!
