Christine wonderful .... Product received, inoperative Christine in customer service has provided very good service. Communication is important and she provided fast honest answers. The product that i purchased did not work properly. It was inoperative when it arrived. A new Pump should be on its way to me soon. I have to repair the Cooler myself. That's better than shipping it back. Hopefully i will have a working item soon.

Great service by Christine in sales and Mike in returns!! Product just what we wanted We ordered a Pedestal Humidifier. Christine in sales was more than helpful, really great service. The product was great except in had a damage, stain on the top. Christine sent our issue to the returns dept. and Mike worked with us, We could return the init for another or keep this one and he would issue a partial credit. After much thought, we decided to keep the init rther than go thru the hastle of packing it up, shipping, etc. VERY good service by both Christine and Mike. We would positively oeder from Air N-Water again.

Excellent customer service I purchased a wine fridge six months ago that ultimately died on me. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the response was and how quickly they remedied the issue and sent me a replacement fridge. Would absolutely do business with again

Mike and customer service I have called several times this past week because my order had not shown up online under recent orders. I was assured it had been order. When I called this evening Mike did some detective work, made another phone call, and the associate that AIR/WATER had emailed had never r5eceived the email. Mike went way out of his way to ensure I would receive my product. He was one of the best customer service people ever!!

Best return ever! Now I know what the M stands for... Magnificent! Mike M the Magnificent was my contact with my purchase from beginning to end and it was a great experience. I purchased a washer that turned out to be not what I was looking for and Mike M helped me with the entire process from start to complete refunded return. He was a pleasure to communicate with and was so helpful that he even emailed me the return label. I can not say enough about how easy he made it all. Great customer service skills!!!
