On top of everything Stellar communication Shipping back to them for warranty==$$$$===--YUP warranty service The only thing that was unsettling.. VERY costly.. I will think twice again before opting for a warranty coverage. Just for the mere fact of the costly shipping back to them for a repair or a replacement

Sous vide quit, great company response My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.

Most excellent customer care. I enjoyed speaking with Christine today who helped me select an evaporative cooler to suit my needs. I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. Purchased ice maker for my outside bar… Purchased ice maker for my outside bar 2 years ago ....makes perfect fast ice....this year when I turned it in the fill water sensor stopped working...called customer serve....no wait time, live personable representative that knew the product and is shipping me the part with step by step instructions.....you never see that type of customer service anymore..... Love it
