Wonderful company Wonderful company. The photos came out amazing. I had an issue with one since I didn’t upload a good quality photo and they redid it for me. Customer service team was amazing.

Beautiful photos & excellent customer service I contacted Smallwoods about a photo of my son from 2014, he passed in 2022. I wanted it to match an order I made with them last year. They were all so kind and the photo turned out beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service. Kindness is free and means so much If you’re on the fence about ordering, do it. You won’t regret it.

If you were thinking about it, DO IT. I have used them a few times. Beautiful, quality prints and quick shipping. This past time I received a picture with a crease in the middle and emailed customer service a couple pictures and Within… idk 15 minutes they wrote me saying they are shipping me a new one right away. Cant say enough good things

All around great experience! The website was easy to use. The prints are beautiful. One of the prints was wrinkled upon arrival (nothing they did wrong, juts shuffling in the box) and I inquired the best way to remove the wrinkle. I received a prompt response with advice to remedy, with an offer to replace the item altogether if I wasn't completely satisfied. The remedy worked, and their prompt response and great customer service was appreciated.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! I previously purchased an absolutely stunning set of three portraits that I was delighted by, so when we moved I bought a larger set of eight and almost cried when they came. They are so terrible and cheaply made that I thought it was a practical joke compared with the first set. Having spent almost three times as much on this set and really looking forward to them I am so disappointed. I don’t know why the quality of product declined so drastically but please save yourself the money and time. The picture quality and acrylic was so cheaply done I could have printed better pictures at home and the frame was misaligned on several frames. Seriously, save your money. Additionally, they do not stand behind the quality of their products and offered that I pay to return the items to only get 50% of my money back in the form of a store credit. Why should I be out money for their poor quality and why would I ever want a store credit to buy more subpar items? Total scam.
