GBamazing customer service I submitted the wrong picture for my canvas prints and I clicked for help with my order.. I was thinking because it was a custom print that I wouldn’t be able to change the picture.. I didn’t have to call or message anyone to change it! I was able to go to my order and change something at the click of a button. Then customer service reached out to me to see if my new photo looked okay on my canvas. LOVE THAT!

GBThe website isn't user friendly The website isn't user friendly. They changed it since the last time so while I ordered it the same, it came through differently and they wouldnt fix it.

GBMother's Day gift for my wife Mother's Day gift for my wife, I selected the photos for the frames and emailed their support staff. In a matter of minutes, Natalie stepped in to help me coordinate one of the photos that was blurry. Resent the file and had some changes made to mirror an image. Very quick and professional. 10/10 def will buy more because of that type of service.

GBAll around great experience! The website was easy to use. The prints are beautiful. One of the prints was wrinkled upon arrival (nothing they did wrong, juts shuffling in the box) and I inquired the best way to remove the wrinkle. I received a prompt response with advice to remedy, with an offer to replace the item altogether if I wasn't completely satisfied. The remedy worked, and their prompt response and great customer service was appreciated.
