amazing customer service I submitted the wrong picture for my canvas prints and I clicked for help with my order.. I was thinking because it was a custom print that I wouldn’t be able to change the picture.. I didn’t have to call or message anyone to change it! I was able to go to my order and change something at the click of a button. Then customer service reached out to me to see if my new photo looked okay on my canvas. LOVE THAT!

I LOVE that I got an email when I had… I LOVE that I got an email when I had an issue with my address. Instead of them just sending it anyway, and possibly getting lost or sent to the wrong place, they double checked with me just to make sure! Even after normal business hours, and I got a response back so quick to let me know that they have resolved my issue for me and my order has been processed!
