I LOVE that I got an email when I had… I LOVE that I got an email when I had an issue with my address. Instead of them just sending it anyway, and possibly getting lost or sent to the wrong place, they double checked with me just to make sure! Even after normal business hours, and I got a response back so quick to let me know that they have resolved my issue for me and my order has been processed! Absolutely the best customer service, the best company and I am so excited to get my order!! Thank you everyone who works with Smallwood for everything y’all do!

The website isn't user friendly The website isn't user friendly. They changed it since the last time so while I ordered it the same, it came through differently and they wouldnt fix it.

Wonderful company Wonderful company. The photos came out amazing. I had an issue with one since I didn’t upload a good quality photo and they redid it for me. Customer service team was amazing.
