GBAlex was a very helpful and explained … Alex was a very helpful and explained some of the carpet differences very well. The process was easy except for moving everything in our upstairs to be ready. The installers were polite, friendly, worked well and efficiently together. We are loving the new carpet and now wish we had done this sooner.

She answered all our questions, offered advice in picking flooring that works well with pets and stayed in touch regularly as we prepared to move and have the new floors installed. Installer was also awesome! He was friendly, asked questions to make sure he was doing what we wanted, offered recommendations for difficult areas, and the floors were spotless when he was finished, as was the working area. GBVery happy customer! Carpet One did a great job from helping with the selection of our carpet and working with us on tear out and installation so we could do some painting in between. The installers were professional and did a great job! Troy was very helpful when making our selection. We replaced all of the carpet in our house on both levels and they made it as painless as possible!
