GBThe installers were friendly The installers were friendly, courteous snd very efficient. They did an excellent job and it looks beautiful. Sales person who helped me with tile selection definitely knew their products and made it a painless process. Defintely would choose them again.

Installers showed on time and were very professional and accomplished the install quickly. Although the price ended up being a bit higher due to how the tile was packaged, we have extra pieces in case there would be a need to repair in the future.

Disappointed customers
GBPoor customer service We were disappointed in the sales and service provided by the carpet one personnel. Measurement of the product is a key to getting a project done on time. After measuring incorrectly and not ordering enough, we had to wait even longer than we were told the first time. Thank goodness the installer caught her mistake before cutting it. The saleswoman nevers mentioned that the pattern that we had picked couldn't be pieced, nor the price or how to care for it. All of these things should be brought up.
