GBThe guys who installed our floor were … The guys who installed our floor were clean, polite and answered all of our questions. We have a couple of spots that don't look quite as professionally done as others and one spot where the floor seems to not have "glued" successfully as it has an air bubble like feel and noise to it.

This is the 2nd time Kevin has laid LVP in our home & he does a great job! He is professional, courteous, & efficient. We specifically requested him for this job as he had done an outstanding job in our kitchen last year. We highly recommend Kevin!

Sarah was very helpful in guiding us in our selection of both our vinyl planking and our carpet. She also checked in with us during and after the whole process to make sure everything was going okay. Disappointed customers
GBPoor customer service We were disappointed in the sales and service provided by the carpet one personnel. Measurement of the product is a key to getting a project done on time. After measuring incorrectly and not ordering enough, we had to wait even longer than we were told the first time. Thank goodness the installer caught her mistake before cutting it. The saleswoman nevers mentioned that the pattern that we had picked couldn't be pieced, nor the price or how to care for it. All of these things should be brought up.
