Our Experience We received wonderful service. We had a relatively small job/order but were treated like our order was very important. Two other area stores did not bother to even return calls. We will be shopping at Carpet One again!

Poor customer service We were disappointed in the sales and service provided by the carpet one personnel. Measurement of the product is a key to getting a project done on time. After measuring incorrectly and not ordering enough, we had to wait even longer than we were told the first time. Thank goodness the installer caught her mistake before cutting it. The saleswoman nevers mentioned that the pattern that we had picked couldn't be pieced, nor the price or how to care for it. All of these things should be brought up.

Went from a knees knocking, I don't know what I am doing, please help me person to a "Wow!! Everyone come look at my super new tile! Isn't it wonderful!" happy purchaser! Abby, the sales person who worked with me, was patient and understanding. She was professional in sharing possible choices with me. The installation crew was always on time, explained things well when I had questions and did an excellent job on what was not a normal installation. I had an "island" of carpet surrounded by a tile border. I wanted that carpet replaced with similar coordinating tile. It happened quickly and wonderfully. I have had only glowing compliments on the entire new look. Have eagerly told anyone who asks from where and by whom I had the job done.

Very happy customer! Carpet One did a great job from helping with the selection of our carpet and working with us on tear out and installation so we could do some painting in between. The installers were professional and did a great job! Troy was very helpful when making our selection. We replaced all of the carpet in our house on both levels and they made it as painless as possible!

Impeccable service We are return customers because of the knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service that comes with caring about the customers needs first. The high quality of their flooring is peace of mind in regards to lasting beauty and durability. This is our fourth return to purchase more flooring as we are almost finished with our home. With only two rooms left to finish, we will return again.
