USGreat products, poor service experience, agreeable resolution Content with the flooring, but not worth the headaches. Wish we had gone somewhere else. Addendum: You were given several opportunities to "make the process smother" but, unfortunately, you neglected to do so. Reply: Todd Bierl called me to discuss my experience and did what he could to make things right.

USWe are very pleased with our new carpet … We are very pleased with our new carpet and flooring. Dave did an excellent job from start to finish. I will recommend him to others. Sarah was very helpful in guiding us in our selection of both our vinyl planking and our carpet. She also checked in with us during and after the whole process to make sure everything was going okay. USPoor service Poor service, took months to get installed. Told they were coming several times, sometimes two to three times a day where told different times and dates. When they did come tile could not be installed because subfloor needed to be removed. Saleman told them to put over existing vinyl floor causing tile to be much higher than carpets, trip over it numerous times a day! Only way to fix without taking out tile is take out carpet and build up family room floor(17x30 foot room) and replace carpet out of our pocket. Sounds like a good way to sale carpet!!

USAlex was a very helpful and explained … Alex was a very helpful and explained some of the carpet differences very well. The process was easy except for moving everything in our upstairs to be ready. The installers were polite, friendly, worked well and efficiently together. We are loving the new carpet and now wish we had done this sooner.
