I was very skeptical I was very skeptical! You would expect to pay over 1000 dollars for a mattress like this but it's real and it is amazing! Seriously couldn't be happier I went out in a limb to try this! So comfortable! Only took a day for it to get to it's full 12 inch thickness. You will not be disappointed save your money and buy this mattress!!

Helpful and Responsive Customer Service I made an order for the 10in full size Twilight | Pillow Top Memory Foam & Inner Springs Hybrid Mattress with an added 2-Inch Ultra Soft Mattress Topper. The mattress was shipped via FedEx 3 days later and arrived 4 business days later (NJ to CA). I gave some time for the mattress topper to arrive and contacted customer service when I did not receive any notifications. Customer service was very responsive and was able to ship out a replacement.

I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. Comfy mattresses for our Airbnb I ordered several mattresses for my Airbnb home but after all the setup, I had to return 2 twin size mattresses and purchase another queen instead. Despite it being a while, Sweetnight was able to take the return and refund me the full amount. Also, I did quite a bit of mattress shopping and the Sweetnight mattresses are comparable with some other brands, but half the price! We sleep well and everyone that stays at our airbnb compliments the comfort of the beds.
