Anny was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She looked at different options and alternatives, but unfortunately, neither worked and was able to process a full refund. Thank you.

My husband an I are both in our late… My husband an I are both in our late 70s,always had neck problems due to age and our strenuous jobs,farming. My daughter,who through a car accident had neck problems, introduced us to Sweet Night pillows. They are absolutely amazing,had ours for over a year and no neck problems whatsoever. Can strongly recommend them.

low quality Made in china. Not high quality. If you sleep in one spot it will have a permanent indentation making it very uncomfortable. I called on the 95th night and they were critical of why I didnt call earlier if I wasnt happy. They count shipping time so the 100 nights isnt accurate.

Great customer service Great customer service and very quick to respond. Had an issue with my mattress inflating and the not only provided suggestions but when the issue persisted they offered me a 4in mattress topper. Truly appreciate all their help.

Purchased a mattress and cover Purchased a mattress and cover. mattress was delivered in a few days but the cover never came. I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. By the way the mattress is great, best I've ever had.
