A Loyal (AND REAL) Customer I have purchased several pillows from Sweetnight over the years. The pillows from this last purchase needed a bit more "stuffing". So I emailed Sweetnight's Support Desk & explained my situation to Sally. Sally responded timely & professionally, and kept me appraised of the status of my "case". I couldn't be more THRILLED! Very helpful Company I purchased a mattress from this company but unfortunately had a problem with it. Their Customer Service were fantastic and sent reply emails very quickly and resolved my problem very efficiently and quickly.

My daughter,who through a car accident had neck problems, introduced us to Sweet Night pillows. They are absolutely amazing,had ours for over a year and no neck problems whatsoever. Great Customer Service, Comfy Mattress Thank you to Gabrielle who was the person thru Sweetnight I was emailing back and forth with, she made everything run smoothly. We purchased a mattress but were not at all comfortable on it, really wasn't working for us. She made sure we did everything we could to see if it was a problem with the mattress, or our comfort needs. She helped us find a different one after listening to our issues. Box of 2nd one was a bit beat up, but the way they wrap the mattress meant it was still perfect inside. Highly recommend Sweetnight, they stand by their brand and are very kind and respectful when dealing with customers. Very comfortable mattress, and we really needed a new one!

Purchased a mattress and cover Purchased a mattress and cover. mattress was delivered in a few days but the cover never came. I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. By the way the mattress is great, best I've ever had.
