Great Customer Service, Comfy Mattress Thank you to Gabrielle who was the person thru Sweetnight I was emailing back and forth with, she made everything run smoothly. We purchased a mattress but were not at all comfortable on it, really wasn't working for us. She made sure we did everything we could to see if it was a problem with the mattress, or our comfort needs. She helped us find a different one after listening to our issues. Box of 2nd one was a bit beat up, but the way they wrap the mattress meant it was still perfect inside. Highly recommend Sweetnight, they stand by their brand and are very kind and respectful when dealing with customers. Very comfortable mattress, and we really needed a new one!

Great customer service Great customer service and very quick to respond. Had an issue with my mattress inflating and the not only provided suggestions but when the issue persisted they offered me a 4in mattress topper. Truly appreciate all their help.

low quality Made in china. Not high quality. If you sleep in one spot it will have a permanent indentation making it very uncomfortable. I called on the 95th night and they were critical of why I didnt call earlier if I wasnt happy. They count shipping time so the 100 nights isnt accurate.

Happy with my mattress purchase I ordered the queen size Whisper mattress and find it very comfortable so far, not too firm and just soft enough. It arrived quickly via FedEx. The mattress cover it came with had a small hole in it, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service offered to send me a waterproof mattress cover as a replacement and I was happy with that. The replacement arrived within 3 or 4 days and I would definitely order from Sweetnight again.

Helpful and Responsive Customer Service I made an order for the 10in full size Twilight | Pillow Top Memory Foam & Inner Springs Hybrid Mattress with an added 2-Inch Ultra Soft Mattress Topper. The mattress was shipped via FedEx 3 days later and arrived 4 business days later (NJ to CA). I gave some time for the mattress topper to arrive and contacted customer service when I did not receive any notifications. Customer service was very responsive and was able to ship out a replacement.
