Good no, Excellent is more like it Good isn't the right word. It should say Excellent. I have never had the type of customer service that I received like that of Sweetnight. Everyone beginning with Angelica to Tracy were wonderful to work with. Fast response to emails with kindness, understanding and patience. My highest praise for this company's customer service. Excellent.

Purchased a mattress and cover Purchased a mattress and cover. mattress was delivered in a few days but the cover never came. I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. By the way the mattress is great, best I've ever had.

What a great company! What a great company!! I was having difficulty getting used to the mattress and I reached out to them. They sent me a topper, fast…it is heavenly (I sleep all night now). Alice was my support specialist and she was seriously so amazing. I will for sure buy from this company again just because of the customer service. Thanks again Alice!!

Happy with my mattress purchase I ordered the queen size Whisper mattress and find it very comfortable so far, not too firm and just soft enough. It arrived quickly via FedEx. The mattress cover it came with had a small hole in it, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service offered to send me a waterproof mattress cover as a replacement and I was happy with that. The replacement arrived within 3 or 4 days and I would definitely order from Sweetnight again.

Great customer service Great customer service and very quick to respond. Had an issue with my mattress inflating and the not only provided suggestions but when the issue persisted they offered me a 4in mattress topper. Truly appreciate all their help.
