GBHappy with my mattress purchase I ordered the queen size Whisper mattress and find it very comfortable so far, not too firm and just soft enough. It arrived quickly via FedEx. The mattress cover it came with had a small hole in it, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service offered to send me a waterproof mattress cover as a replacement and I was happy with that. The replacement arrived within 3 or 4 days and I would definitely order from Sweetnight again.

GBA Loyal (AND REAL) Customer I have purchased several pillows from Sweetnight over the years. The pillows from this last purchase needed a bit more "stuffing". So I emailed Sweetnight's Support Desk & explained my situation to Sally. Sally responded timely & professionally, and kept me appraised of the status of my "case". I couldn't be more THRILLED! The exceptional products & customer service (thanks Sally!) are what keep me coming back to Sweetnight.

GBGreat customer service and great… Great customer service and great product. I ordered the wrong mattress and Sally, with customer service was awesome at solving my issue. The box was very damaged but Sweetnight's packaging is amazing with no damage to the mattress. We are extremely happy with the mattress we received and it filled out the full 10" in the middle as expected, 9" around the edges in approximately 12 hours. We will purchase again from this company.

GBMy husband an I are both in our late… My husband an I are both in our late 70s,always had neck problems due to age and our strenuous jobs,farming. My daughter,who through a car accident had neck problems, introduced us to Sweet Night pillows. They are absolutely amazing,had ours for over a year and no neck problems whatsoever. Can strongly recommend them.

GBPoor UX, Bad CX Poor user experience (no confirm details screen before the order is processed?) leading to Impossible customer service. Have had to contact service center nearly ten different times to first try and cancel and then try and get a shipping return label. No proactive outreach. Have had to fight and claw for each response. Customer service is friendly on the phone but I don’t think he has any back office support. Why is it impossible to get a return label? Shouldn’t be this hard.
