My husband an I are both in our late… My husband an I are both in our late 70s,always had neck problems due to age and our strenuous jobs,farming. My daughter,who through a car accident had neck problems, introduced us to Sweet Night pillows. They are absolutely amazing,had ours for over a year and no neck problems whatsoever. Great Customer Service, Comfy Mattress Thank you to Gabrielle who was the person thru Sweetnight I was emailing back and forth with, she made everything run smoothly. We purchased a mattress but were not at all comfortable on it, really wasn't working for us. She made sure we did everything we could to see if it was a problem with the mattress, or our comfort needs. She helped us find a different one after listening to our issues. Box of 2nd one was a bit beat up, but the way they wrap the mattress meant it was still perfect inside. Highly recommend Sweetnight, they stand by their brand and are very kind and respectful when dealing with customers. Very comfortable mattress, and we really needed a new one!

I realized I needed a 10" mattress… I realized I needed a 10" mattress instead of a 12 ". They were patient with me. We just finalized everything. Everybody was wonderful. Mattress is great and fun opening it up and see it "grow". I have managed hotels and definitely appreciate their level of service! definitely recommend them!

Comfy mattresses for our Airbnb I ordered several mattresses for my Airbnb home but after all the setup, I had to return 2 twin size mattresses and purchase another queen instead. Despite it being a while, Sweetnight was able to take the return and refund me the full amount. Also, I did quite a bit of mattress shopping and the Sweetnight mattresses are comparable with some other brands, but half the price! We sleep well and everyone that stays at our airbnb compliments the comfort of the beds.

While the mattress did not work for me… While the mattress did not work for me (it was too soft for my liking and comfort), I am giving 5 stars to the excellent customer service provided. Anny was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She looked at different options and alternatives, but unfortunately, neither worked and was able to process a full refund. Thank you.
