CATerrible shipping times & terrible… ** update ** Changed review from 1 star to 5 stars as customer service made it right. Thank you to bright and roomy for addressing my issue. ‐‐--------------------- Terrible shipping times & terrible customer service. I can't even log into my account anymore, when I try and reset my password it doesn't send the email to do so...and yes, I did check my spam folder. Will never buy from them again.

GBDelay resolved Ordered a quilt set second week of November and never had any delays before. This time there was a long delay so I reached out to Customer Service. They got back with me right away, tracked the problem and it arrived just in time!

GBQuilts very Poor Quality! First I will say customer service is quick to respond. But as far as the item was concerned that is the only good thing I can say, the "quilt" I bought for my son for Christmas. It arrived 27 days after ordering it (yes the website is clear about this but not clear on the reasoning for this as the item ships out direct from China). After opening the item I can't understand all the good reviews for these items.... it was two thin layer with almost no quilt batting in between, but this I could have lived with. What stopped me was the actual design, it was printed from what looked like a blown up photo so all the lines were blurred and there was a flaw right in the middle where the picture did not copy correctly onto the fabric during printing. Contacted the company and was asked if I wanted it to to be replaced or refunded, opted for the refund and I am now shopping for a last minute Christmas idea for my son.

GBI was super skeptical about this… I was super skeptical about this website, just because it's pretty hard to find quality nightmare before Christmas stuff.. I ordered a area rug and I just got it today.. ITS BEAUTIFUL and exactly like it was pictured, actually probably better. I wish there was a place I could post a picture of the rug because it is awesome. From now on this will be the place I get area rugs.

GBCustomers Beware! Awesome Seller In January, I bought a canvas. The box overall seems too small and flat to accommodate the main and 4 additional panels. I was about to return but could not resist opening the package to inspect its contents. Despite the box looking a bit squished in transit, all 5 panels were intact and, in fact, very nicely rendered and gallery wrapped! I ended up keeping it and ordered 3 more items. The quilts looked flat since the inside plastic packages were compressed. I was disappointed but they turned out quite fluffy after one day. The rug is pretty much the same way. Their customers service is attentive and friendly. One of my emails fell through the crack but the others were replied amazingly fast. Well, overall they are not perfect but I highly recommend Bright & Roomy anyway. Their service attitude is not seen much nowadays.
