I ordered a expensive rug and when receiving it I noticed I needed the indoor/outdoor material and 1 simple email and instantly not only did they make it right but also let me donate the original rug to my local boys club. Great products, company cares about customers satisfaction with items Bought my son a 5 piece multi-panel Harry Potter canvas for his room. It's incredible artwork. Unique. I've never seen the image anywhere else. It was packaged carefully, lightweight and perfect. Bought a deathly hallows/ stag rug to go with it. The material is lightweight and easy to clean. Very comfortable for us to sit on and play toys and boardgames together. I love B&R products. I will be purchasing again in the future. Thank you
