GBBe Careful with Bright and Roomy Be Careful with Bright and Roomy They became shady as soon as I needed a refund. And it took over 4 months of me pressing them to finally honor giving me my money back, only because I threatened with legal action. I ordered a canvas from them at the end of November. The canvases did not come out how I was hoping, which was a bummer but not why I have a problem with this company. Their communication with me when prepping my order was fantastic; but as soon as I wanted my money back, they were suddenly hard to reach. In December, within the 30 day refund policy stated on their website, I emailed them with my order number and why I wanted a return and refund. No response. I call and email again in January. No response. I call again in March and finally they text me asking how they can help me. I tell them I’ve emailed twice and they say they responded both times. I found that extremely questionable since there is no proof of that but kept it light, chalked it up to miscommunication, then asked for a refund. They told me to send the canvas back to them and the tracking number so they know when to expect it. I send the canvas back that Monday and it said it would get to them on Thursday. Thursday comes, and the shipping center says they got it, but I do not hear from the company. I text the number that Friday. Nothing. I follow up the Wednesday after and they finally say it will take 7-20 business for it to show up. Which felt incredibly long, but I just asked them when they issued the refund and they said they issued it that Tuesday. Implying they’ve had the canvas since Thursday and didn’t immediately issue a refund. After waiting the full 20 business days, no refund has been posted to my account. I’ve been very patient and reasonable up to this point but now it feels like they’re just hoping I forget about it altogether. So I call, text and email all at the same time that if the refund is not resolved by end of day I will pursue legal action. Literally within 1 minute of this message, they ask for my Paypal information and within 15 minutes they’ve sent me a refund. This is extremely insulting because they were only willing to give the money up when they were backed into a wall. And it heavily implies they lied and never issued that refund 20 business days ago because they didn’t acknowledge if that one was on the way at all, they just sent me new money via Paypal. I do not respect how this company does business or treats their customers.

GBFantastic wall art! Ordered the 3 panel Iron Maiden wall art and wasn’t sure what to expect. What I received was magnificent and totally exceeded expectations. The artwork is superlative and the colors pop great!! Highly recommend!! WELL WORTH the wait!

GBDelay resolved Ordered a quilt set second week of November and never had any delays before. This time there was a long delay so I reached out to Customer Service. They got back with me right away, tracked the problem and it arrived just in time!

GBCan't say anything less then top… Can't say anything less then top quality customer service. I ordered a expensive rug and when receiving it I noticed I needed the indoor/outdoor material and 1 simple email and instantly not only did they make it right but also let me donate the original rug to my local boys club. This was over the top first class Service and there images and quality of the photos on these rugs are nothing less then amazing. Great Job brightroomy.com you will forever have my business and I advise everyone else to do the same. You can't go wrong spending your money with this 5 Star company
