Unfortunately, I was a victim to porch thieves but when I brought this up with Dana from Lush, she went above and beyond. She ensured my reshipment was sent out speedily and would get here by the date I needed it. She was so helpful and informative in assisting with another package that wasn’t even from Lush! She seriously knows how to do her job with excellence and a happy heart. I will continue to shop with Lush solely because Dana gave me an experience I will never forget. This is overpriced bedding for the quality. I bought a king quilt at khols and was SO DISSAPOINTED!!! NO WONDER IT WAS A RETURN AND ON CLARENCE! Well it's going back!
