The service is great not only when it comes to receiving the products but also in returns, and I find this to be a very important thing in a company. Great rugs, great customer service It is interesting to see some negative reviews here since we have a completely different experience (and maybe also different rug types with finer knitting). We found the rugs to be of a great quality and very beautiful design. So far, they have been easy to maintain (and we have two dogs) and still look amazing. We just got our last addition for our bedroom and we love it :) Moreover, their client services are amazing! We ordered several samples before making a purchase and returning the rugs was never an issue so far (even before they started charging for the returns which we completely understand).
