Great rugs, great customer service It is interesting to see some negative reviews here since we have a completely different experience (and maybe also different rug types with finer knitting). We found the rugs to be of a great quality and very beautiful design. So far, they have been easy to maintain (and we have two dogs) and still look amazing. We just got our last addition for our bedroom and we love it :) Moreover, their client services are amazing! We ordered several samples before making a purchase and returning the rugs was never an issue so far (even before they started charging for the returns which we completely understand).

I queried the price of multiple colour… I queried the price of multiple colour samples (6) for a specific rug - advised the £9 charge of each sample is for sample plus package and posting. However if you order six samples the postage does not need to increase six fold. So you shouldn't be charged £54 for six samples. Many rug sellers do not charge for samples which helps prospective buyers - I would have paid a small charge for samples but not an excessively greedy amount. Having read other Trust Pilot reviews I am glad I didn't place an order - seems you have some quality issues with the rugs. Nordic Knots have since offered 5 free samples but it took a one star review for them to take action. If I receive them and the quality is ok I will edit this review accordingly.

SHEDS NONSTOP!!! Recently ordered the Boho 8' x 11' wool rug which arrived in August 2023. It is not Sept 2023 and it is CONSTANTLY SHEDDING! It has clogged my vacuum cleaner canister over 12 times! My house constantly looks dusty now. I have contacted the company in hopes that they will allow a refund. ADDENDUM: Company reached out, will see if shedding subsides over the next few months. They did offer alternate solutions if it does not improve

I've had a wonderful experience so far… I've had a wonderful experience so far with Nordic Knots... customer service has been amazing... They were very understanding of why I needed to make an international return, and refunded me in a timely manor... have since offered to discuss colour samples with me so that we can get it right next time. 5 stars.

Customer service is impeccable! Customer service is impeccable. They are lightning fast to respond, very attentive to my queries and on top of everything, their rugs are work of art and of top quality. I highly recommend working with this brand.
