I queried the price of multiple colour… I queried the price of multiple colour samples (6) for a specific rug - advised the £9 charge of each sample is for sample plus package and posting. However if you order six samples the postage does not need to increase six fold. So you shouldn't be charged £54 for six samples. Many rug sellers do not charge for samples which helps prospective buyers - I would have paid a small charge for samples but not an excessively greedy amount. Having read other Trust Pilot reviews I am glad I didn't place an order - seems you have some quality issues with the rugs. Nordic Knots have since offered 5 free samples but it took a one star review for them to take action. If I receive them and the quality is ok I will edit this review accordingly.

Poor quality and terrible customer service I ordered two runners from Nordic Knots. The first one was good and then I received the second one which was crooked, extremely cheap looking with loose knots and threads all over. But the real frustration started when I wanted to return it, they took 1 week to send me the return label and issued the refund 2 weeks after they received the rug and deducted a "restocking fee" for a defective item. They will never get my business again.

Superb Customer Service I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion. I should like to thank Leonora for her superb customer service - prompt, efficient and polite.

Love the Quality and Style Back in 2020 We bought 3 of the same style rug in different sizes for one room and will buy more when in need. The quality of the rugs is excellent and the color is as noted on the site. In addition their service is fast and courteous during the time of order and just this month when I asked to confirm some thing about our prior order. I’m a fan!

Fabulous Rug and great customer service Thank you Nordic Knots and especially to Emme who has been absolutely Amazing from start to finish! We were ordering from the Uk and wasn’t sure at first but it’s very hard to find natural quality rugs with a variety of designs and sizes in the Uk so we came across Nordic online and loved the choices, we opted for two rugs and bought both and then retuned the we decided not to keep, the choice was tough as the quality is amazing and great value for the price too. Customer service over email was extremely quick and after care service was great too, very highly recommend Thank you once again!
