5 star customer service, company values their customers Purchased the Chew Stick for our 5 month puppy, she had no interest in playing with the new toy, reached out to Karen and she provided some suggestions to try and help our puppy become interested. After a week of trying there was no interest, reached back out to Karen who offered a replacement toy. We were given the option of a ball or rope, we went ahead and requested the rope. A couple of days later we received the rope and she could not be happier. Wanted to say that customer service goes a long way in making me feel valued as a consumer. Thank you Karen for your great customer service.

Chupacabra Proof? Maybe. Our little Yorkie, Archie, loves to play, but he literally love his toys to pieces. So when the one toy that survived his razor like teeth, after almost a year, was a lone Playology ball, we picked him up two more and Playology bone. The bone wasn’t meant for the heaviest chewers and didn’t even last an hour, but luckily Karen at Playology directed us that most dogs who love the bone love the Playology Ring as well, and that it is made for the heaviest chewers like Archie, she even replaced his bone with one to try out. He LOVES it and has played non-stop with it for almost two days and it had held up perfectly. Karen was awesome, Playology is our new favorite dog toy company, worth every penny.

Amazing Customer Service!! The customer service experience was amazing. I had a slight issue with my toy and I sent an email to the contact info on the back of the packaging. I sent in pictures and a description of what occurred with the toy. After speaking with one of the staff, they were able to send me a new toy that better suited my pup. Amazing company who truly cares about their customer. I have tried so many toys in the past and none of them have worked. I am so grateful for Playology and their amazing customer services

You've tried the rest,now buy from the BEST! Great customer service. Karen found the perfect product for my newly adopted furbaby. My aggressive chewer absolutely loves the beef flavored ring. It never leaves her side, PLUS she hasn't destroyed it either!!! Playology will be the ONLY company I will purchase from in the future. customer service I must say, Bandit had no interest in the "beef sented bone" but this review is not about the toy. The customer service goes above and beyond. Without a receipt they honored the fact that we purchased the toy. After several emails (Karen) got to know Bandit quite well. She has recomended another one of their products for Bandit to try free of charge. Once our spoiled Shitzu (Bandit) tries out the new toy I will report back. This company gets a 5 star rating for making this an easy and enjoyable transaction. Shawn Derby
