Great Customer Service!!! Our dog is a power chewer and broke his first toy because we purchased a toy built for a different type of chewer. I contacted Karen, and she helped send a toy more appropriate for our dog's chewing style! Our dog loves his new toy, and I am so grateful that this company truly cares about their customers!

Purchased a Dual layer Bone Purchased a Dual layer Bone. Medium, #4 Heavy Chewers. My 34 lb mutt LOVED the taste, but completely destroyed it in 2 days. It only lasted that long because I took it away from her on the first day when it was only partially destroyed! As expensive as it was, I would have expected more durability.

Customer service is great! I had a great experience with Karen in customer care! After my dog destroyed two toys within minutes, I reached out expressing my disappointment since these toys are not inexpensive and are marketed as tough. Karen listened to my feedback and suggested that I try one of their higher ranked toys for my dog. She provided two recommendations, asked which flavor I wanted and sent me two brand new toys for free! It’s been a few months and my dog hasn’t made a dent in either but plays with them all the time. Thank you to Karen for working with me and restoring my faith in the company!

You couldn't ask for better service You couldn't ask for better service or more consideration. I wrote to say my dog didn't care about the chew toy I had purchased for him. The person I was dealing with asked questions about him and sent me pictures of possible toys of interest and then mailed me a replacement.We went back and forth several times. She couldn't have been more helpful.

You've tried the rest,now buy from the BEST! Great customer service. Karen found the perfect product for my newly adopted furbaby. My aggressive chewer absolutely loves the beef flavored ring. It never leaves her side, PLUS she hasn't destroyed it either!!! Playology will be the ONLY company I will purchase from in the future.
