GBGreat customer service Bought a rope bone and rubber stick for my 3 small dogs - no interest whatsoever. Contacted email address on packaging for customer service. They were very responsive and sent me 2 different toys to try - a bone and a ball. Dogs are showing more interest in these. Not sure the scented toys are making a difference, but happy with a company that stands behind its products and tried to make it right.

GBI purchased the Playology dual layer… I purchased the Playology dual layer bone for my puppy. It wasn't to her liking, finicky puppy. I emailed Karen bc she said that if my pet isn't satisfied, Karen will make it right!! KAREN SURE DID!!! She gave me ideas to interest my pup but they didn't work. Karen is sending a new toy!!! What a FANTASTIC RELIABLE FRIENDLY COMPANY!!!

GBcustomer service I must say, Bandit had no interest in the "beef sented bone" but this review is not about the toy. The customer service goes above and beyond. Without a receipt they honored the fact that we purchased the toy. After several emails (Karen) got to know Bandit quite well. She has recomended another one of their products for Bandit to try free of charge. Once our spoiled Shitzu (Bandit) tries out the new toy I will report back. This company gets a 5 star rating for making this an easy and enjoyable transaction. Shawn Derby

GBCustomer service is great! I had a great experience with Karen in customer care! After my dog destroyed two toys within minutes, I reached out expressing my disappointment since these toys are not inexpensive and are marketed as tough. Karen listened to my feedback and suggested that I try one of their higher ranked toys for my dog. She provided two recommendations, asked which flavor I wanted and sent me two brand new toys for free! It’s been a few months and my dog hasn’t made a dent in either but plays with them all the time. Thank you to Karen for working with me and restoring my faith in the company!

GBYou couldn't ask for better service You couldn't ask for better service or more consideration. I wrote to say my dog didn't care about the chew toy I had purchased for him. The person I was dealing with asked questions about him and sent me pictures of possible toys of interest and then mailed me a replacement.We went back and forth several times. She couldn't have been more helpful.
