Customer service done right! I recently purchased a Playology chew toy for our 5 month old setter pup but unfortunately he wasn’t overly interested in it. I reached out to karen@playologypets (see back of package) for advice with how to get him more engaged. She quickly responded with advice and asked if I would be willing to try one of their other toys. This customer service department is hands down, one of the best I have communicated with. customer service I must say, Bandit had no interest in the "beef sented bone" but this review is not about the toy. The customer service goes above and beyond. Without a receipt they honored the fact that we purchased the toy. After several emails (Karen) got to know Bandit quite well. She has recomended another one of their products for Bandit to try free of charge. Once our spoiled Shitzu (Bandit) tries out the new toy I will report back. Purchased a Dual layer Bone Purchased a Dual layer Bone. Medium, #4 Heavy Chewers. My 34 lb mutt LOVED the taste, but completely destroyed it in 2 days. It only lasted that long because I took it away from her on the first day when it was only partially destroyed! As expensive as it was, I would have expected more durability.

Good buying experience, great toys Super easy purchasing experience and I love that if we can get free shipping and let Playology have the profits vs "others." That said, I appreciate Petco for having exposed me to the products in their store, too! We regularly buy the Playology Large Rope toy for our dog because she loves it, loves the squeaking on her teeth as she unknots it, shakes it, scissors at the threads and pulls on it when we hold one end. A great toy - I think this is our 5th in 9-months.

You've tried the rest,now buy from the BEST! Great customer service. Karen found the perfect product for my newly adopted furbaby. My aggressive chewer absolutely loves the beef flavored ring. It never leaves her side, PLUS she hasn't destroyed it either!!! Playology will be the ONLY company I will purchase from in the future.
