I bought an item and never received an order confirmation. I ordered a Diesel by Seletti Cosmic Dinner Plate-Pluto on April 26th, 2023. I never received any confirmation email or order number. I found this odd, so I emailed the contact email on their website, but they never replied. I tried emailing one month later and found that the email might be invalid, and the messages won’t send. I still have no information on my item. I find this extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Yes, they seem to have beautiful things, but I will not recommend purchasing from Gessato. I’m not here to make you guys look bad, but I figured I would hopefully get some answers. Thank you.

Extremely impressed - flawless customer service Wow. Just wow. This company has gained a lifelong customer today. I am very impressed. Absolutely flawless interaction with Gessato. My order was shipped super quickly & arrived in a very timely manner. Upon receiving, there was an issue. I emailed them late @ night about it. The next morning, a human responded & provided an actionable response. Nothing canned. Then, as soon as I sent over my response, they did their part right away. Every single communication was quick, on point, I was offered options & the end solution was extremely satisfactory. Also, no canned responses @ all. If you are reading this, go ahead and place your order with them. Also tell all your friends. Do not give your hard earned money to a big, faceless company. If any issues, these good people will take care of you - same as they did with me. Gessato, you rock! PS Wanna hear something else? I previously placed another order with them a long time ago. Guess what? At the time I placed this order, they sent me a separate email thanking me for my loyalty. Small gesture, but I was impressed & felt noticed (even though I am aware that this is an automatic process). This company really does customer service right.

Lack of action for faulty product I purchased a Gummi Lamp from Gessato in June 2023. It arrived and was faulty, with the lamp not working at all. I contacted Gessato, and communication back was great at first. I was asked to check I had plugged it in correctly and tighten the bulb. All of these steps I had done. Since replying back to their "quick fixes" that the lamp was not working, communication has ceased. I have followed this up regularly with no success. It's extremely frustrating when you purchase something with a high value attached to it and expect a level of quality, all to be disappointed. Placed review on Trust Pilot on 17 August and then had a response within 24 hours claiming they had sent a new replacement bulb. Received new bulb on 5th October, almost two months later. The new bulb was a completely different colour and did not fix the problem. Emailed them again on the 6th October advising them that new bulb had not fixed the issue and have not heard back. This is the worst customer service experience and I would not recommend purchasing from this store.

Awesome Service & Product The first item had a defect in the light, but when I emailed for help they rectified it before even responding to the email! I love my heart lamp, and I’m super happy with customer service. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Great store for interior designers! I had several queries prior to ordering and the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I ordered material swatches which arrived very quickly. I made my choice and had to arrange a specific delivery date to my project site. The team was very patient and accommodating. My experience has been positive all the way through. Thank you.
