Exceptional quality, great balance, and they've got a serious edge. The Gessato crew were on the ball throughout. No mess, no fuss, just solid service from start to finish. The whole process was as smooth as a perfectly honed blade.

GBI bought an item and never received an order confirmation. I ordered a Diesel by Seletti Cosmic Dinner Plate-Pluto on April 26th, 2023. I never received any confirmation email or order number. I found this odd, so I emailed the contact email on their website, but they never replied. I tried emailing one month later and found that the email might be invalid, and the messages won’t send. I still have no information on my item. I find this extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Yes, they seem to have beautiful things, but I will not recommend purchasing from Gessato. I’m not here to make you guys look bad, but I figured I would hopefully get some answers. Thank you.

GBI'm Happy with My Solari Clock I'm a design fan, therefore I find it noteworthy that Gessato seems to be the only U.S. retailer of Solari flip clocks. The clock arrived on time and in flawless condition. Undoubtedly, I'm excited for my next buy.

GBI'm really satisfied with my initial order... I'm delighted with my first purchase from Gessato. We bought a variety of items for our home bar and kitchen. All the products arrived exactly as they appeared in the online photos. I'm certainly going to shop with them again.

NZLack of action for faulty product I purchased a Gummi Lamp from Gessato in June 2023. It arrived and was faulty, with the lamp not working at all. I contacted Gessato, and communication back was great at first. I was asked to check I had plugged it in correctly and tighten the bulb. All of these steps I had done. Since replying back to their "quick fixes" that the lamp was not working, communication has ceased. I have followed this up regularly with no success. It's extremely frustrating when you purchase something with a high value attached to it and expect a level of quality, all to be disappointed. Placed review on Trust Pilot on 17 August and then had a response within 24 hours claiming they had sent a new replacement bulb. Received new bulb on 5th October, almost two months later. The new bulb was a completely different colour and did not fix the problem. Emailed them again on the 6th October advising them that new bulb had not fixed the issue and have not heard back. This is the worst customer service experience and I would not recommend purchasing from this store.
