GBGreat pillows, great service I've bought three pillows from Turmerry in my first month of discovering the company. I returned the first one, the Wool Neck Contour Pillow, because the piping didn't feel comfortable. I called the company for a return code (I wish that process were a bit easier), and I also had a question about how two alternatives compared. The customer service associate was very friendly and gave me a clear answer. On her advice, I bought the Eggcrate Latex Contour Pillow. That cost less than the one I'd bought before, and I got a discount, so I had enough left over to buy the Shredded Latex Pillow, a bit of a lark because I was really just looking for a contour pillow. I really like the contour pillow, and bonus, I LOVE the shredded latex one. The shipping took a little longer than the big fish in online shopping, but I'm really pleased with the products and the company's responsiveness.

GBSo pleased with my topper My mattress was too firm, so I got the latex mattress topper and cover in medium firm. It has no chemical odor or fumes, and enough stability for a balance and movement condition that I have. I didn't realize how comfortable and undisturbed sleep could be; thanks to this topper. Been using it a week now, and Wow! I am so grateful I want Turmerry know!

GBFabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.
