GBSo pleased with my topper My mattress was too firm, so I got the latex mattress topper and cover in medium firm. It has no chemical odor or fumes, and enough stability for a balance and movement condition that I have. I didn't realize how comfortable and undisturbed sleep could be; thanks to this topper. Been using it a week now, and Wow! I am so grateful I want Turmerry know!

GBTop Quality Latex at a Good Price Order was received faster than expected since I am also on the east coast. I have probably purchased 15-20 mattress toppers over the years including many different types of latex (Dunlop and Talalay). The 2" Dunlop in soft that I got from Turmerry was the best in terms of quality and feel. The Dunlop latex that I received from several other suppliers was rubbery, slightly irregular, and took a while to expand. The one from Turmerry popped open to full size immediately, had only a slight and pleasant odor, and was of perfectly uniform consistency. It reminded me of Talalay which is supposed to be the higher quality type and much more expensive. I also got the 1.4" Dunlop egg crate topper in soft which was also of top quality.

GBSuper comfortable, cloud Very comfortable, we use our topper & waterproof cover over our lovesac sofa/bed. Love the softness of the 3” topper, not hot at night as I thought. Customer service was great, response time super quick. Only 1 issue, after 7mo noticed a crack across the underside center. Most likely caused by the crease of the sofa cushions, even with a sheet beneath the topper still had a tear. Will check with company how to repair it, love, love , love this topper, even with this issue. Really super company!!!!

GBStill waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.

GBFabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.
