Comfort, health and sustainability with latex I’ve had a medium firm organic latex mattress for a few years. Lately my hips were so painful that I decided to try a topper to see if adding some squish would help alleviate the discomfort. I tried a 3” polyurethane topper: it was typically too warming and had that molding-to-the-body quality that is claustrophobic to me. I discovered Turmerry online; I ordered easily, and at a very reasonable price, a 3” organic latex mattress topper, which arrived within a little over a week. There was no problem even though we live in a deeply rural area. The cushioning of the topper is perfect and I’m enthused that my physical wellbeing is improving because of it. I also have very much enjoyed supporting a company that is using organically grown, sustainable resources.

I Am Sleeping in Heaven! Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! The products are top notch but..... The products are top notch! But order fulfillment not quite so hot. I have made two orders in the last few months and both were incorrect. One wasn't obvious until after I'd unpacked and trying to stuff a mattress topper that had been vacuum packed back into it's packaging without the right tools wasn't going to happen. In both cases, customer service didn't seem too bothered, stuff happens after all. So DO NOT order stuff with the expectation that you'll actually get to use it right away. Also not impressed with having to leave info about my sleep habits to leave a review on a product on their site. Invasive.

So pleased with my topper My mattress was too firm, so I got the latex mattress topper and cover in medium firm. It has no chemical odor or fumes, and enough stability for a balance and movement condition that I have. I didn't realize how comfortable and undisturbed sleep could be; thanks to this topper. Been using it a week now, and Wow! I am so grateful I want Turmerry know!

Still waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.
