GBTurmerry takes your money and cannot deliver mattresses Turmerry does not have the capacity to produce mattresses for delivery in less than two months. They run out of materials, their production unit does not function efficiently, they cannot fulfill my order even after 2 and a half months and are not able to give a date when it will be shipped. I have never encountered an online business that charges over $1000 for its products, takes a customer's money and cant fulfill an order for over two months. Do not purchase your mattress from Turmerry. There are other latex mattresses that are available that will deliver within 1 week.

GBI Am Sleeping in Heaven! Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! I am sleeping in Heaven!

GBLOVE their organic latex 3" mattress… LOVE their organic latex 3" mattress topper. Super soft, not hot at all. Turned our bed from being a bit too soft to just right with a medium support topper. Order with a topper cover and the company will install the cover over topper before they ship... and FAST shipping. Highly recommend!

GBDuped and disappointed-Made right I originally purchased the solid latex pillow standard size with high loft and medium firmness. It was way too soft and provided 0 support. I am a 99% side sleeper with severe neck and shoulder pain/issues, as well as a herniated disc in my back. I was able to exchange the pillow for the "firm." What I received feels exactly like the same pillow I exchanged. They do not have any labels, tags, or documentation with the pillows they send. While the customer service team was responsive and shipped the replacement pillow promptly, I am very disappointed with the quality of the products. They have a "1 time" return or exchange policy which is ridiculous and shady. They seem to be manufacturing and shipping 1 type of solid latex pillow but marketing it as several options. The additional information requested by the company has been submitted directly to them. I await a response. Update 2/12- The company made things right.

GBFabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.
