GBFabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.

GBI Am Sleeping in Heaven! Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. GBComfort, health and sustainability with latex I’ve had a medium firm organic latex mattress for a few years. Lately my hips were so painful that I decided to try a topper to see if adding some squish would help alleviate the discomfort. I tried a 3” polyurethane topper: it was typically too warming and had that molding-to-the-body quality that is claustrophobic to me. I discovered Turmerry online; I ordered easily, and at a very reasonable price, a 3” organic latex mattress topper, which arrived within a little over a week. There was no problem even though we live in a deeply rural area. The cushioning of the topper is perfect and I’m enthused that my physical wellbeing is improving because of it. I also have very much enjoyed supporting a company that is using organically grown, sustainable resources.

GBStill waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.
