Fabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.

Comfort, health and sustainability with latex I’ve had a medium firm organic latex mattress for a few years. Lately my hips were so painful that I decided to try a topper to see if adding some squish would help alleviate the discomfort. I tried a 3” polyurethane topper: it was typically too warming and had that molding-to-the-body quality that is claustrophobic to me. I discovered Turmerry online; I ordered easily, and at a very reasonable price, a 3” organic latex mattress topper, which arrived within a little over a week. There was no problem even though we live in a deeply rural area. The cushioning of the topper is perfect and I’m enthused that my physical wellbeing is improving because of it. I also have very much enjoyed supporting a company that is using organically grown, sustainable resources.

Great pillows, great service I've bought three pillows from Turmerry in my first month of discovering the company. I returned the first one, the Wool Neck Contour Pillow, because the piping didn't feel comfortable. I called the company for a return code (I wish that process were a bit easier), and I also had a question about how two alternatives compared. The customer service associate was very friendly and gave me a clear answer. On her advice, I bought the Eggcrate Latex Contour Pillow. That cost less than the one I'd bought before, and I got a discount, so I had enough left over to buy the Shredded Latex Pillow, a bit of a lark because I was really just looking for a contour pillow. I really like the contour pillow, and bonus, I LOVE the shredded latex one. The shipping took a little longer than the big fish in online shopping, but I'm really pleased with the products and the company's responsiveness.

Super comfortable, cloud Very comfortable, we use our topper & waterproof cover over our lovesac sofa/bed. Love the softness of the 3” topper, not hot at night as I thought. Customer service was great, response time super quick. Only 1 issue, after 7mo noticed a crack across the underside center. Most likely caused by the crease of the sofa cushions, even with a sheet beneath the topper still had a tear. Will check with company how to repair it, love, love , love this topper, even with this issue. Really super company!!!!

Turmerry takes your money and cannot deliver mattresses Turmerry does not have the capacity to produce mattresses for delivery in less than two months. They run out of materials, their production unit does not function efficiently, they cannot fulfill my order even after 2 and a half months and are not able to give a date when it will be shipped. I have never encountered an online business that charges over $1000 for its products, takes a customer's money and cant fulfill an order for over two months. Do not purchase your mattress from Turmerry. There are other latex mattresses that are available that will deliver within 1 week.
