They run out of materials, their production unit does not function efficiently, they cannot fulfill my order even after 2 and a half months and are not able to give a date when it will be shipped. I have never encountered an online business that charges over $1000 for its products, takes a customer's money and cant fulfill an order for over two months. Do not purchase your mattress from Turmerry. There are other latex mattresses that are available that will deliver within 1 week.
