It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! Great pillows, great service I've bought three pillows from Turmerry in my first month of discovering the company. I returned the first one, the Wool Neck Contour Pillow, because the piping didn't feel comfortable. I called the company for a return code (I wish that process were a bit easier), and I also had a question about how two alternatives compared. The customer service associate was very friendly and gave me a clear answer. On her advice, I bought the Eggcrate Latex Contour Pillow. That cost less than the one I'd bought before, and I got a discount, so I had enough left over to buy the Shredded Latex Pillow, a bit of a lark because I was really just looking for a contour pillow. I really like the contour pillow, and bonus, I LOVE the shredded latex one. The shipping took a little longer than the big fish in online shopping, but I'm really pleased with the products and the company's responsiveness.

Still waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.

Do not buy from this place Do not purchase anything from this company. Their policy is to only allow you to refund ONE item within a 12-month period, and you will have to pay for shipping yourself.
