I Am Sleeping in Heaven! Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! Top Quality Latex at a Good Price Order was received faster than expected since I am also on the east coast. I have probably purchased 15-20 mattress toppers over the years including many different types of latex (Dunlop and Talalay). The 2" Dunlop in soft that I got from Turmerry was the best in terms of quality and feel. The Dunlop latex that I received from several other suppliers was rubbery, slightly irregular, and took a while to expand. The one from Turmerry popped open to full size immediately, had only a slight and pleasant odor, and was of perfectly uniform consistency. It reminded me of Talalay which is supposed to be the higher quality type and much more expensive. I also got the 1.4" Dunlop egg crate topper in soft which was also of top quality.

Unique Products, Great Customer Service Turmerry offers unique products and I was really happy with the pillow I ordered – the wool base with the buckwheat hull top, both with adjustable filling, is amazing! I initially ordered two pillows, and when the shipping on one pillow was delayed, customer service responded promptly and when I asked for a refund, they responded affirmatively the same day. Recently made our second purchase and we're excited to try everything out!

My experience with Turmerry was very… My experience with Turmerry was very good even thought the 3" medium mattress topper did not work out for my back. The latex topper was good quality, but in my opinion, was too jiggly for me. I would order a 2" topper if I decide to try one again. Turmerry asked that I donate the topper to a charity and send proof to them. I did that and received a prompt, full refund. Thank you, Turmerry!!

Fabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.
