So pleased with my topper My mattress was too firm, so I got the latex mattress topper and cover in medium firm. It has no chemical odor or fumes, and enough stability for a balance and movement condition that I have. I didn't realize how comfortable and undisturbed sleep could be; thanks to this topper. Bought 3" soft latex mattress topper Bought 3" soft latex mattress topper. Fast shipping. Easy to unpack. You just have to be careful with scissors when you cut it open. Easy to get on bed. I have a super firm mattress as that is what I like to sleep on. However I now have a bit of arthritis so I ordered the 3" soft latex topper. I feel like it's a little too soft for me, but that may be due to the fact that I'm used to a firm mattress. It's not enough of an issue for me to send it back. It fits the mattress great and I do sleep well on it.

Still waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.
