I have been using buckwheat pillows for… I have been using buckwheat pillows for years. Turmerry's pillows are very nice the cover and zipper seem to be of high-quality. My only issue was that there wasn't enough buckwheat hulls in the pillow and I had to order more… But that could just be my preference

Unique Products, Great Customer Service Turmerry offers unique products and I was really happy with the pillow I ordered – the wool base with the buckwheat hull top, both with adjustable filling, is amazing! I initially ordered two pillows, and when the shipping on one pillow was delayed, customer service responded promptly and when I asked for a refund, they responded affirmatively the same day. Recently made our second purchase and we're excited to try everything out!

Duped and disappointed-Made right I originally purchased the solid latex pillow standard size with high loft and medium firmness. It was way too soft and provided 0 support. I am a 99% side sleeper with severe neck and shoulder pain/issues, as well as a herniated disc in my back. I was able to exchange the pillow for the "firm." What I received feels exactly like the same pillow I exchanged. They do not have any labels, tags, or documentation with the pillows they send. While the customer service team was responsive and shipped the replacement pillow promptly, I am very disappointed with the quality of the products. They have a "1 time" return or exchange policy which is ridiculous and shady. They seem to be manufacturing and shipping 1 type of solid latex pillow but marketing it as several options. The additional information requested by the company has been submitted directly to them. I await a response. Update 2/12- The company made things right.

Super comfortable, cloud Very comfortable, we use our topper & waterproof cover over our lovesac sofa/bed. Love the softness of the 3” topper, not hot at night as I thought. Customer service was great, response time super quick. Only 1 issue, after 7mo noticed a crack across the underside center. Most likely caused by the crease of the sofa cushions, even with a sheet beneath the topper still had a tear. Will check with company how to repair it, love, love , love this topper, even with this issue. Really super company!!!!

Comfort, health and sustainability with latex I’ve had a medium firm organic latex mattress for a few years. Lately my hips were so painful that I decided to try a topper to see if adding some squish would help alleviate the discomfort. I tried a 3” polyurethane topper: it was typically too warming and had that molding-to-the-body quality that is claustrophobic to me. I discovered Turmerry online; I ordered easily, and at a very reasonable price, a 3” organic latex mattress topper, which arrived within a little over a week. There was no problem even though we live in a deeply rural area. The cushioning of the topper is perfect and I’m enthused that my physical wellbeing is improving because of it. I also have very much enjoyed supporting a company that is using organically grown, sustainable resources.
