The products are top notch but..... The products are top notch! But order fulfillment not quite so hot. I have made two orders in the last few months and both were incorrect. One wasn't obvious until after I'd unpacked and trying to stuff a mattress topper that had been vacuum packed back into it's packaging without the right tools wasn't going to happen. In both cases, customer service didn't seem too bothered, stuff happens after all. So DO NOT order stuff with the expectation that you'll actually get to use it right away. Also not impressed with having to leave info about my sleep habits to leave a review on a product on their site. Invasive.

I Am Sleeping in Heaven! Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! I am sleeping in Heaven!

Super comfortable, cloud Very comfortable, we use our topper & waterproof cover over our lovesac sofa/bed. Love the softness of the 3” topper, not hot at night as I thought. Customer service was great, response time super quick. Only 1 issue, after 7mo noticed a crack across the underside center. Most likely caused by the crease of the sofa cushions, even with a sheet beneath the topper still had a tear. Will check with company how to repair it, love, love , love this topper, even with this issue. Really super company!!!!
