I Am Sleeping in Heaven! Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! Still waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.

Topper came quickly Topper came quickly. It was compressed for shipping, no big deal. Getting the tape off, without damaging the mattress topper, was a trial in patience. No odors or issues, seems ok, I do question it’s durability. It was purchased for our Teardrop Camper bed, we only sleep on it about 40 nights a year.

Do not buy from this place Do not purchase anything from this company. Their policy is to only allow you to refund ONE item within a 12-month period, and you will have to pay for shipping yourself.
