Still waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.

Turmerry takes your money and cannot deliver mattresses Turmerry does not have the capacity to produce mattresses for delivery in less than two months. They run out of materials, their production unit does not function efficiently, they cannot fulfill my order even after 2 and a half months and are not able to give a date when it will be shipped. I have never encountered an online business that charges over $1000 for its products, takes a customer's money and cant fulfill an order for over two months. Do not purchase your mattress from Turmerry. There are other latex mattresses that are available that will deliver within 1 week.

Bought 3" soft latex mattress topper Bought 3" soft latex mattress topper. Fast shipping. Easy to unpack. You just have to be careful with scissors when you cut it open. Easy to get on bed. I have a super firm mattress as that is what I like to sleep on. However I now have a bit of arthritis so I ordered the 3" soft latex topper. I feel like it's a little too soft for me, but that may be due to the fact that I'm used to a firm mattress. It's not enough of an issue for me to send it back. It fits the mattress great and I do sleep well on it.

My experience with Turmerry was very… My experience with Turmerry was very good even thought the 3" medium mattress topper did not work out for my back. The latex topper was good quality, but in my opinion, was too jiggly for me. I would order a 2" topper if I decide to try one again. Turmerry asked that I donate the topper to a charity and send proof to them. I did that and received a prompt, full refund. Thank you, Turmerry!!

Comfort, health and sustainability with latex I’ve had a medium firm organic latex mattress for a few years. Lately my hips were so painful that I decided to try a topper to see if adding some squish would help alleviate the discomfort. There was no problem even though we live in a deeply rural area. The cushioning of the topper is perfect and I’m enthused that my physical wellbeing is improving because of it. I also have very much enjoyed supporting a company that is using organically grown, sustainable resources.
