GBStill waiting on a mattress The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.

GBThe products are top notch but..... The products are top notch! But order fulfillment not quite so hot. I have made two orders in the last few months and both were incorrect. One wasn't obvious until after I'd unpacked and trying to stuff a mattress topper that had been vacuum packed back into it's packaging without the right tools wasn't going to happen. In both cases, customer service didn't seem too bothered, stuff happens after all. So DO NOT order stuff with the expectation that you'll actually get to use it right away. Also not impressed with having to leave info about my sleep habits to leave a review on a product on their site. Invasive.

GBUnique Products, Great Customer Service Turmerry offers unique products and I was really happy with the pillow I ordered – the wool base with the buckwheat hull top, both with adjustable filling, is amazing! I initially ordered two pillows, and when the shipping on one pillow was delayed, customer service responded promptly and when I asked for a refund, they responded affirmatively the same day. Recently made our second purchase and we're excited to try everything out!

GBDo not buy from this place Do not purchase anything from this company. Their policy is to only allow you to refund ONE item within a 12-month period, and you will have to pay for shipping yourself.

GBFabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.
