GBShipping Issues I made an order for an example tile and received the order info, but never any shipping. I had to ask twice over multiple weeks to find out what was happening with my order and when it was going to be shipped. They did overnight it when it was finally shipped, to make it better. The CS Agent was very nice and apologetic.

GBRachel Rivera always makes my day! Rachel Rivera always makes my day! I tried to place an order for samples online. First, the order took a long time to arrive and when it did get to me only half of it had shipped. I called and emailed with Rachel and she cleared it right up. The missing part of my order arrived promptly. I cannot recommend placing an order with them through the website as it seems to have some serious issues. Just call or email Country Floors directly and you will be all set.

GBFirst time ordering Tile online I placed a 1sf order online pf 4x4 tumbled marble for sample purposes and it was packed perfectly, and arrived in 4 business days by UPS.

GBExtremely Poor communication Extremely Poor communication. Placed several phone calls to check on tile that had not shipped. My phone calls were not returned. After multiple times and weeks of telling me the tile was in stock in New Jersey, I was told it was damaged and it would be months before it would be in. I have cancelled the order and I’m waiting on a refund.

Ordered a sample and received status along the way on when it was being shipped, when I could expect it, and a follow up as well. The sample was excellent and will be ordering more when I’m ready for my project. Great company to deal with.
