Great customer service I ordered a sample and it was shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and was in pristine condition. Very professional and very different from my last experience with another company. Thank you to those who made it happen.

Easy website, great selection Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.

Extremely Poor communication Extremely Poor communication. Placed several phone calls to check on tile that had not shipped. My phone calls were not returned. After multiple times and weeks of telling me the tile was in stock in New Jersey, I was told it was damaged and it would be months before it would be in. I have cancelled the order and I’m waiting on a refund.

Highly Recommend Country Floors! I am an Interior Designer and am fortunate to work with Jim and his team @ Country Floors on a regular basis. Not only do they carry an array of quality materials at varying price points and stock. They always go above and beyond to ensure that my projects have the materials and samples needed for presentation. I always enjoy bringing my clients into the showroom to enjoy and source from their beautiful displays.

We are a construction & design… We are a construction & design business. We placed an order on July 22nd. Today is August 10th. It still says processing. At no point thru ordering or checkout or afterwards have we been given any indication as to when our order will ship and the timelines of when to expect it. This is NOT good for our business as we rely heavily on timelines. Reps assigned/replying to our emails also do not give out much info other than the order is "processing" and a trucking company will call us. We would not prefer to do business with Country Floors again without better information and communication in regards to shipping times etc. Highly recommend this be improved. Thank you!
