GBExtremely Poor communication Extremely Poor communication. Placed several phone calls to check on tile that had not shipped. My phone calls were not returned. After multiple times and weeks of telling me the tile was in stock in New Jersey, I was told it was damaged and it would be months before it would be in. I have cancelled the order and I’m waiting on a refund.

GBRachel Rivera always makes my day! Rachel Rivera always makes my day! I tried to place an order for samples online. First, the order took a long time to arrive and when it did get to me only half of it had shipped. I called and emailed with Rachel and she cleared it right up. The missing part of my order arrived promptly. I cannot recommend placing an order with them through the website as it seems to have some serious issues. Just call or email Country Floors directly and you will be all set.

GBEasy website, great selection Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.

I am an interior designer in Sonoma, CA and I will make a special trip to Country Floors for the tile selection but more importantly for the customer service, specifically Jim Eruyan who is outstanding. He understands how to work with designers and gets quotes and orders done with incredible speed and accuracy. Highly recommended!
