First, the order took a long time to arrive and when it did get to me only half of it had shipped. I called and emailed with Rachel and she cleared it right up. The missing part of my order arrived promptly. I cannot recommend placing an order with them through the website as it seems to have some serious issues. Just call or email Country Floors directly and you will be all set.

Shipping Issues I made an order for an example tile and received the order info, but never any shipping. I had to ask twice over multiple weeks to find out what was happening with my order and when it was going to be shipped. They did overnight it when it was finally shipped, to make it better. The CS Agent was very nice and apologetic.
