Easy website, great selection Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.

Shipping Issues I made an order for an example tile and received the order info, but never any shipping. I had to ask twice over multiple weeks to find out what was happening with my order and when it was going to be shipped. They did overnight it when it was finally shipped, to make it better. The CS Agent was very nice and apologetic.

Ordered a sample and received status along the way on when it was being shipped, when I could expect it, and a follow up as well. Country Floors goes above and beyond Country Floors was so helpful when some tiles arrived broken in shipment. Cansu sent us new tiles overnight to meet the schedule for our kitchen remodel, so nice!
