Delivery delays, bad communication We timed our mattress delivery for our move-in and there have been delays, which in themselves can happen. What I do not appreciate is the complete lack of communication about it. It is not normal for me to have to call to know why my mattress hasn't arrived. Every time I call, I get different information as well. I have been sleeping on an air mattress for the past two weeks. This is not what I expected from this company.

I returned the thick Ultra Cool Memory Foam Pillow. This company offers a thicker version of its Ultra Cool Memory Foam pillow allegedly for side sleepers. This pillow is too soft to support my head when I am lying on my side. This product is defective in my view. This pillow also had a strong odor upon opening the airtight plastic bag it was shipped in. I have encountered products packaged in an extra airtight plastic bag before. Those products reeked also.

The best pillow and quick, free delivery. The Leesa pillow is by by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever had. I have battled insomnia for years, and this pillow does the job sending me off to dreamland and keeping me there for a good night's sleep.

So comfortable.. Great service on the delivery. Mattress, OMG so comfortable!! The downside is we don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Regular back ache with our old mattress has completely disappeared!! Love it......

Happy with design of new bed frame (a… Happy with design of new bed frame (a little tough getting the 4th pin installed) but Fed Ex delivery person just dropped it on snowy / wet driveway (never came to door to let us know we had a delivery). Also appeared to me that mattress was coming in same shipment but looks like it may not get here until a week or so later.
